Interior Comfort

The Legacy has a practical, minimalist interior in keeping with the brand's tradition, with carefully chosen materials throughout the cabin. The standard upholstery is cloth, but the top-tier Limited and Touring models come standard with leather. Front seats are comfortable and well-sculpted, and the higher trims provide a manual thigh extension for the driver's seat, a much-appreciated feature for those tall and long-legged buyers. 

Despite the dimensions being similar, the new Legacy's interior feels much bigger than the prior generation's, especially in the back. The trunk has an abundance of room, and held eight carry-on suitcases for testers, which was one more than the Honda Accord and two more than the Toyota Camry. 

A power sunroof, keyless entry and push-button start are available for lower trims but come standard on top-tier models.

Technology in the 2023 Legacy

The basic Legacy will connect with Subaru's StarLink infotainment system via dual 7-inch displays. Choose the next step-up Premium model and you'll get the newest 11.6-inch vertical touchscreen that looks like it came from a luxury brand. Although in-dash navigation only comes standard on the highest trim, it's available on all but the base model. 

Apple CarPlay/Android Auto comes standard on all models, along with a 4-speaker stereo. The Premium and Sport models are equipped with a 6-speaker setup, and the trims above that come with a 12-speaker Harmon Kardon audio system.  

Power and Performance

The 2023 Subaru Legacy in Albuquerque, NM provides the ideal combination of performance and comfort with Subaru's famous Symmetrical AWD, Active Torque Vectoring, and Vehicle Dynamics Control.
